Facilitator, Guide & Bodyworker
in the fields of Shamanism, Tantra and Somatic Sexology
My journey has involved a life long fascination and inquiry into awareness, purpose, the human condition, love, sexuality, spiritual connection, soul wisdom, expansion, learning, unlearning, meditation, physiology, health, disease, exploring aliveness, death and grief.
Life - and my family in particular - have offered me deep opportunities and intense challenges. To learn, to grow, to grieve, to be with sickness, to know success, to overcome fear, to have the courage to step out of the box and... to deeply question what I am doing with my life, what I truly want to be present to and engage with.
In 2010 a crushing grief event changed everything and led me to this work: I became a group facilitator, educator, coach, guide, energy & bodyworker in the fields of Shamanism, Consciousness, Tantra and Somatic Sexology.
I am driven by my desire for a greater depth, breadth, truth, freedom and authenticity of experience in my life. A richness in my connection firstly to myself… my spirituality, my sexuality, my body, my inner wisdom/shaman... and with others and the greater universal energy aspects of being alive. My shamanic journey began following a deep personal loss, my grief cracked me open and drove me to question many aspects of myself and how I was living my life.
I sense and I am told that I have a deep understanding and wide perspective on the human condition. I journeyed for 20 years in research and direct patient care, as a Physiologist and Medical Scientist in Vascular Surgery. I bring this powerful experience of the physical manifestations of dis-ease to my current offerings. I hold a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Masters degree in Medical Imaging. I trained as and practiced for many years an Accredited Vascular Scientist with my own clinical practice. I enjoy to bridge the, apparent and illusion of a gap between science and spiritually with love and respect for both.
Sometimes described by those who experience my work as a Celtic blend of a Breathworker, Bodyworker, Spiritual Sexologist and Somatic Scientist. It seems there is an alchemy to my work that arises from my training in older lineage traditions, where I studied as a Tantra Educator and a Shamanic Minister; merged and complemented by the modern lineages I have trained in, including; Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Somatic Sexologist, Urban Tantra Professional and Certified Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator.
I have facilitated Group Events around the world including England, Scotland, India, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Ibiza, Ireland, Iceland, Bali, Brazil, Sedona, Costa Rica,Guatemala, New Zealand, Australia, Israel, Portugal and Berlin. I am also a one to one guide and bodyworker, offering embodied, somatic, spiritual, breathwork, sexology based sessions on line and in person.
What I discovered changed every aspect of my being and how I choose to live my life. I long to continue to deepen my own experience and to share what I have learned with others. With my academic, clinical and medical science based background I came to these new experiences with a large healthy dose of scepticism and cynicism. What I discovered was my background complemented and enhanced my understanding of this new reality, rather opposed it.
I began to explore meditation, tantra, breathwork, shamanism, mindfulness and conscious sexuality as a portal and tool for myself to get real, to grieve, feel, expand my sexuality, my spirituality, deepen my relating, find authentic personal power and expression... and to make a choice to fully live this life, my life while I had it.
For the last few years I have been mainly offering week long residential events and sessions around the globe, often in 10 or more countries a year. I was a member of ISTA Faculty from 2014-2022 from 2015 leading the Spiritual, Sexual Shamanic trainings Level 1 SSSEx Experience, Level 2 SSSIn Initiation and Level 3 SSSSEED Seeding.
I am based in London and when times opens up, I offer private client sessions and events here in the UK. Some of my tools include Tantric Practices, Body Dearmouring, Shamanic Breathwork, Ritual, Somatic Sexology, Emotional Release, Soul Guide, Consent and Boundaries, Masculine and Feminine Balance/Integration, Rebirthing, Pleasure Body Initiation, mastering the Energybody and Energy Exchange.
My passion lies in integrating sexuality & spirituality via the body, mind and soul energies using practical experiential learning and deep transformation ritual space. I intend for my work to serve love, freedom, power, soul, spirit, health, positive sexuality, emotional expression, acceptance, pleasure, orgasmic potential and self love. I wish to support others to let go of pretending to be someone they are not; the fear of really being themselves, shame, guilt, patterns, settling for less than they deserve, unexpressed grief that is burdening and buckling, regret and conditioning.

I am deeply grateful for the important teachers and guides that I have worked with solo or in groups, the thousands of beings from many cultures, sexual orientations, races, ages, religions and who have taught me so much.
