Why do we need Mentorship?

​

There is no certification and no amount of years in the field that can substitute for your internal work. You are the asset through which your contribution to this world is channelled. Developing your ability to hold yourself, the space, the field, and the unknown is the alchemy that builds the most impactful group facilitators.
 

You can feel the intangible quality of presence and shamanic awareness of a being who has taken a deep dive into their own inner world, and we all long for the spaces and safety they offer. Our soul senses their integrity, their capacity to navigate the delicate dance between safety and pressure in which transformation is forged, and we can surrender.
 

This 'work' is beyond the disciplines of skills, training, tactics, interventions, or personal practice. It exists in the unseen. It's in your blind spots, shadows, and wounds. It's in the integration of the scared, scarred, and shamed parts of you that lay under the radar, resisting and sabotaging from the dark. It's in facing and not running from the parts of you that doubt, hide, and fear the vulnerability of your truth - rendering us untrustworthy to ourselves. It is in your power (the soft, not the loud variety) that you hide, shrink, and are afraid of fully owning.

Investing in yourself as a Facilitator your awareness, skills, attunement and integrity is not only the highest ethical standard you can hold yourself to in an unregulated industry, but it is the single biggest leverage point to most potently impact those who trust you with their path.
 

 

What is a Facilitator Mentorship?
 

A Facilitation Mentorship is an invitation into your authentic expression as the 'spaceholder'. Through a journey of masterclasses, small group exercises, self-generated content, deep reflections, and potent feedback, choosing this container is answering the call of your heart and soul's knowing. Cutting through your blocks and benefiting from the hard-earned lessons of those who came before, and those who are travelling alongside.
 

This group is the first such group I have offered after many years of requests. It is a space to receive the support, reflections, guidance, and holding that you need to grow, while saving you time, energy, and the cost of improving your skills via 'trial and error' or painful lessons as you 'learn as you go along'.
 

This is not a place to learn your craft, or get your qualifications to do what you do. Other containers will teach you how to do what you do in the world. The Mentorship will nurture and guide the part of you that stands between you and your most powerful impact.
 

 

The Mentorship: Here's what it includes

A six-month, invite-only, small group Mentorship for Facilitators
running January - June 2026.
•    One pre-recorded video per month containing a teaching topic
•    Two LIVE sessions per month with Elaine - module depth facilitation
•    One small group pod meeting for reflection and integration

Tuesdays between 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm UK time from 6th January - 30th June 2026

Who is this Mentorship for?

To allow the container to hold maximum value for you, and to hold a high level of contribution for the group, participating on this mentorship program is on invitation only. Also we have defined the following entry criteria:
• You must work within the following fields of facilitation: sexuality, somatics, embodiment, shamanic transformation, tantra, soul work, emotional body work
•  You must be actively facilitating and have clients/participants with which to practice, integrate and reflect
•  You must have taken at least one week-long retreat with Elaine
• You must be committed to showing up for 80% of the live calls to stay current and present with the journey​

› Option 1: Payment Plan
An initial deposit of £1,200 is due when you accept your place in the Mentorship.
The remaining balance will be divided into six monthly payments of £633, from January to June.

› Option 2: Single Payment (10% discount)
Pay the full amount at once and receive a 10% discount. The total will be £4,500
