• If you booked a retreat and for some reason you become unable to attend the retreat, a 150 Euro/Pounds* administration fee will be withheld and is non-refundable in any case, up until 30 days before the event.

• If you booked a retreat and you would cancel 30 days or less before the retreat begins, the full deposit of 500 Euro/Pounds is non-refundable.

• If you booked a retreat and choose to cancel less than 5 days before the retreat begins, the full amount is non-refundable.

• You will be entitled to a full refund if we as organiser(s) decide to cancel the retreat for any reason.

In all cases of cancelation of the retreat, organisers of the Journeys are not responsible - and will not refund - any other additional costs like flights, accommodation which you have booked to stay in prior or after the Activity, etc. It is recomended to have your own cancellation insurance covering these matters.
