Gratitude for the medicine of the sun Opening to the wisdom of the trees Feeling my heart deeply today Perceiving the soft tones of time and space shifting Hearing the earth beneath me whispering Deeply connected to the soles of my feet Sensing the cleansing caress of the wind Receiving the symbols forming in the white clouds Lightly tapping the hairs on the crown of my head.
